Due to the nature of digital and service-based offerings:

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:

Request is made within 24 hours of payment

No resources or access have been shared
All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Ecom Setup Lab.
Third-Party Costs
Any costs paid to third-party providers (domains, hosting, software tools, VPN providers, etc.) are non-refundable.
Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days using the original payment method.
